RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

I understand, things don't always work out. Iā€™m here to help get it right. I offer a Store Credit for Returns. 
Please carefully review my Return Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

RETURNS: 
  • The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged. 
  • The value of any free items with purchase will be deducted from associated returns. 
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit (E-Gift Card) for the original purchase price. The store credit does not expire.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in exterior protective packaging. Shoes shipped back with no outer packaging will not be accepted.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. 
  • Seasonal Gift Purchases: Orders placed after November 15th - Extended Return Date: Returns must be received by January 10th to receive store credit. Excludes Christmas Graphics. 

SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER:

I do not provide free return shipping. Please choose a shipping carrier of your own. Please review my return policy (above) before sending back your order.

Please email me at return@socutelovit.com to get a return authorization number. You will need to put your return authorization number on your package or it will not be accepted.

Returns need to be initiated by emailing me at return@socuteloveit.com within 3 days of receiving your package. 

- Shipping is not refunded

  • Please try your best to reuse the original shipping mailer bagger for your return.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in exterior protective packaging, labels may not be affixed to the shoe box directly. 
  • Please include your original packing slip inside your return. As well as the Return Authorization number 
  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.

SOMETHING WRONG?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 
  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact me within 3 days upon receiving the order at return@socuteloveit.com so I may address the issue. 
  • I cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 
  • I inspect every single item before shipping it out to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.
 I  do my very best to display accurate descriptions on the website. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
